Healthcare operating system · India

One record.
Every hospital.
One country.

HealthOS connects hospitals, pharmacies, labs, and patients under a single patient identity — so a diagnosis takes minutes, not weeks, and no record is ever lost between buildings again.

The problem

Healthcare's data problem isn't clinical. It's structural.

A patient's history lives in four hospitals, two labs, and a pharmacy — and none of them talk to each other. The cost isn't measured in software. It's measured in delayed diagnoses.

The turn

What if every doctor, everywhere, knew everything?

This is PRN — the Patient Reference Number. One identity, linked to ABHA, that follows a patient across every hospital, lab, and pharmacy on HealthOS. Forever.

The platform

Six modules. One operating system.

Cloud-native, API-first, and built on the ABDM framework from day one — HealthOS is not another hospital app. It's the infrastructure every actor in healthcare runs on.

PRN Engine

Universal patient identity with ABHA-linked deduplication — the connective layer under everything else.

Hospital HIS

OPD queues, IPD beds, billing, pharmacy, lab and radiology — run from one connected system.

AI Clinical Assistant

Drug interaction alerts, diagnosis pattern recognition, and decision support at the point of care.

Patient App

Complete health timeline, appointments, and consent management — in the patient's own hands.

Pharmacy & Labs

Order routing, inventory, dispensing, and diagnostic results — all FHIR-linked to the PRN.

Analytics & Surveillance

Real-time hospital KPIs, population health trends, and outbreak signals from prescription patterns.

What's inside

Everything a hospital day actually touches.

The modules above, broken down into what your staff would use from the first week — and, separately, what is still ahead of us.

The difference

Most tools take one slice. We run the pathway.

Record apps and doctor directories solve a piece of the problem and stop at the edge of it. The gap is not features — it is depth.

Record apps & directories

  • Store records or list doctors — one slice of the journey
  • Consumer-side data only, so no supply-side forecasting
  • AI that answers a question
  • English and Hindi, built for metros
  • Sits on top of whatever system you already run

HealthOS

  • One operating system across the whole care pathway
  • Two-sided data driving pharmacy, lab and bed intelligence
  • AI that books a real, in-network, in-stock next step
  • Assamese-first, regional, ABDM-embedded
  • Runs the operations — deep and closed-loop

Built on ABDM

Not a standard we plan to adopt. The one we were built on.

India already built the rails. ABHA identity and linked records are national infrastructure — HealthOS speaks them natively, so a hospital joins an ecosystem rather than another island.

Clinic voice agent

Your clinic's phone is ringing. Nobody's free to answer it.

Ask your front desk how many calls go unanswered during OPD hours. Every one of them is a patient who dialled the next clinic on the list.

A voice assistant that answers the calls your team can't, books the appointment into your own diary, and sends the patient a confirmation.

Answers when your line is busy

It picks up the calls that currently go nowhere.

Books into your appointment book

The same book your front desk works from — so a booking made on the phone and a booking made at the counter can never collide.

Confirms in writing

The patient gets the date, time and doctor's name straight away.

What it will not do

  • It never gives medical advice. Not a suggestion, not a "that sounds like it can wait." It books appointments. That is all it does.
  • Urgent calls go straight to your staff.Anything that sounds like an emergency stops the conversation and transfers to a person immediately.
  • It doesn't decide who is sick.It records the reason for the visit in the patient's own words and books the slot. Every clinical judgement stays with you.

Your number stays your number

Nothing changes for patients who already have it.

Start with overflow only

It answers only the calls your team doesn't pick up. Your front desk keeps first call.

Switch it off in one tap

Any time, no notice, no call to us.

Your desk sees everything

Every booking appears on your screen as it happens, marked phone or counter.

Currently in pilot

We're working with a small number of clinics in Guwahati to get this right before opening it more widely. English at launch, with Assamese, Bengali and Hindi to follow.

Eight weeks. No cost. Your overflow line only.

We're looking for a few clinics in Guwahati to run this with. You keep your number, your process and your staff. We take the calls nobody is answering, and show you what we recover.

We'll call you back within two working days. No obligation.

How it works

  1. The call reaches your clinic first. Only unanswered calls pass to the assistant.
  2. Speech is transcribed as it is spoken. Emergency phrases are detected on the audio stream itself, before any language model processes the call — so an urgent transfer does not depend on the model behaving correctly.
  3. Bookings are written to a live appointment book, with the slot locked for the duration of the transaction. A phone booking and a counter booking racing for the last slot cannot both succeed.
  4. After the call, a structured note is written to the clinic record and a confirmation goes to the patient.

The assistant is never the last line of safety. A person always is.
