This website is operated by Vanijya Nirman Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U43299AS2025PTC028120), a private limited company registered in India with its registered office in Guwahati, Assam. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that company. Using this site means you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
This site describes the HealthOS platform and lets you ask us to get in touch. It is marketing and informational material. It is not the HealthOS product, and creating an enquiry here does not give you access to the platform or create a contract to supply it.
3. Not medical advice
HealthOS is infrastructure software for healthcare providers. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here should be used to make a clinical decision or substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Using the forms
When you submit the demo or contact form you agree to:
- give information that is accurate and yours to give;
- not submit patient data, clinical records or anyone else's personal information;
- not use the forms to send unsolicited or automated messages.
We rate-limit submissions and may decline or remove any that appear automated or abusive. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Notice.
5. Accuracy and change
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but it describes a product under active development. Features listed as planned or on the roadmap are not commitments, and timelines may change. Pricing shown is indicative and exclusive of taxes; the terms that bind us are the ones in a signed agreement, not the ones on this page.
6. Our content
The content, design, wordmark and name HealthOS belong to us or our licensors. You may read, share and quote from this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our branding to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
7. Availability
We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
